40th birthday present ideas for my mom?

My mom doesn't really like the creative (picture,poem...) kind of gifts. I have no idea what to give her. My mom likes skiing, biking, sailing... so I was thinking I can get her a useful gift But I don't think that it would be special enough.If you have any ideas please let me know ASAP her birthday is REALLY soon.
