Why does Sharon Osbourne never say UK or British?

She always just refers to England and the English, she never refers to Britain as a whole? Just a little thing I noticed? What do you think of Sharon Osbourne as a person would probably be a better question? The former isn't really important lol? The first think I asked is the former right? and the last thing I said is the latter? What age is Sharon, she looks really well, I'm guessing sixties?
