Tomorrow what can I do in place of my regular exercise routine?
I've been high intensity exercising for almost 3 months. Now, I just got a ski machine less than 2 weeks ago for 5$ at a yard sale that keeps breaking down more and more the more I use it. >_> NOT the point though. Okay, I started using it for 30 mins. Now I've been using it 40 minutes yesterday and the day before. Yesterday I noticed getting some bone pain in area above my .(That flat surfaced area cant think of the name right now.) Also in my upper leg bones. When I walk it is pretty painful. Today I pushed through for 20 mins and couldn't use the ski machine anymore, so I went outside and switched from walking, running, and sprinting every 20 seconds for 10 minutes. So I'm wondering what I should do. I know I exercise really hard every time I do because I'm starving like I haven't eaten in awhile. I'm wondering what I should do in tomorrow's case. Just go out for a simple walk and run? Skip tomorrow? Or what? I hate skipping days, I like to go everyday, but I think my pain will only get worse.
