Tomorrow what can I do in place of my regular exercise routine?

I've been high intensity exercising for almost 3 months. Now, I just got a ski machine less than 2 weeks ago for 5$ at a yard sale that keeps breaking down more and more the more I use it. >_> NOT the point though. Okay, I started using it for 30 mins. Now I've been using it 40 minutes yesterday and the day before. Yesterday I noticed getting some bone pain in area above my .(That flat surfaced area cant think of the name right now.) Also in my upper leg bones. When I walk it is pretty painful. Today I pushed through for 20 mins and couldn't use the ski machine anymore, so I went outside and switched from walking, running, and sprinting every 20 seconds for 10 minutes. So I'm wondering what I should do. I know I exercise really hard every time I do because I'm starving like I haven't eaten in awhile. I'm wondering what I should do in tomorrow's case. Just go out for a simple walk and run? Skip tomorrow? Or what? I hate skipping days, I like to go everyday, but I think my pain will only get worse.

What are Shin "Splints"/"Splits" and what are some symptoms i should watch for?

A few years ago my first Steady job was security in which i walked a lot on concrete for 8-10 hours daily. after a while i invested in some very good police style duty boots which mitigated that for a time. the best way to surmise the way my shins felt is the feeling you get after your first skiing lesson. the front of the shin hurts a small amount but if you think of it as a hexagon the front left and front right segments hurt when i walk and ache when im not. Recently its been acting up, and i cant think of any reason why apart from daily walking and normal excersise. i have a friend who has what she calls either shin splints or shin splits, she can be hard to understand sometimes as her first language is not English. I first noticed it acting up again a few years ago when i was undergoing Police academy training. it would be the same every day and got to a point where i would have to sit out PT every once in a blue moon. after i graduated and wasnt as active as id like, it seemed to go away. now i do have flat feet but ive never really asked anyone what all these terms mean. So thats the story, hope somebody out there has some insights.

So I was in my room playing black ops (I'm 17 btw) and I have a gf, but we're serious about things. A few weeks ago, I stayed after school pretty late and me and one of my friends ended up hearing my math teacher say some pretty inappropriate and ual things about me. Thinking of something, and then it happens?

When I'm concentrating on something, and I think of a random TV show episode in my head. Then, later when I turn on the TV, that episode is playing, or it is up next. Also, for an example, Victorious had that episode "sleep over at Sikowitz", and Cat is the 80's chick, and i looked her up on google images. Then i turn on the TV, and that episode is on. It also happened when I was taking a test, and I thought of that "Bop it" commercial when he was like "action, reaction..." and then the next question on the test had a choice of "action, reaction". Is my tattoo healed enough to do outside activities?

My tattoo was done about 2 and 1/2 weeks ago and has scabbed up and everything..peeled...and is dark and vibrant. If done the washing and scent free lotion part everyday as told by my artist. Currently it has a shiny and semi wrinkly look. Im going to Ocean City friday and I really want to be able to go swimming and jet skiing as long as my tattoo doesnt hinder those future to do list things. 70 hp 1975 evinrude warm up lever kills motor after idle and dropping the lever.?

Went to drop the boat in today and for some reason when u let off on the warm up lever the motor stops? Didn't take it away from the ramp but what could be the deal? I know if ya drop the lever quick and put it in gear it will go but didn't want to take the chance and get stuck paddling lol. The fact that you completed school and college through all that **** is very admirable. You should find help for yourself to control the more disruptive behaviors so that life is easier for you. But there is nothing wrong with how you feel. Some parents can really be . Best solution is to move out maybe get a roommate and live independently for yourself. nobody will have the right to criticize or make judgement about you then. It's a pretty great feeling. Day one of skiing: learned how to do wedge turns, stop using wedge, control speed, ride carpet and easy chairlift. Day 2 I could do all greens and easier, groomed blues. Most greens were parallel, harder greens and easier blues were stem-christies. If I take a one hour, private lesson, how much more would I be able to learn?

Tax lien on credit report isn't mine, its my dads.?

I Did a credit report today and found 3 tax liens that aren't mine but actually my dads. He didn't pay his property tax on his Jet Ski for three years and as a result had tax liens placed on them but they were put on my credit. We do share the same name him being the Jr. and me being the 3rd. I filed a dispute with transunion ( because transunion is the only agency reporting it) but im afraid its not going to work. How do i handle this pain...? please help...im begging you..?

I'm 13 years old, and i don't want to go deeply into all the reasons why... but im majorley depressed, and i cut on my right arm from wrist to elbow.. i did it every day but i promised someone that i would stop, and even tho i havent cut for about 3 weeks... I'm constantly having thoughts about just wanting to end the pain and kill myself... I dont want hate on here about how im selfish and i know that people would care if i was gone... so nomatter how much ive wanted to and thought about it i would never go through with it... breifly ill explain some of the reasons... i live with my dad and moved out of my moms about a year and a half ago to live with him because of troubles with my mom... after i left i found out she was elloped and moved in with her new husband, and having grown up with my mom, its easy to talk to her..sometimes.. about some things.. and i really miss being with her. I have social anxiety so i have trouble making friends, plus after i moved everyone began to hate me... im not exagerating wen i say everyone because they all participated in a group online called everybody hates shannon (edited pictures of me as a devil and all...) So even tho i already have trouble making friends, im afraid of getting close to people because im terrified of getting hurt and i cant stop it nomatter how stupid it sounds...so i have about no friends...i hate my school and miss my mom so much, but i know that i cant move back with my mom because not only do me and her husband not get along at ALL, since she moved i would have to start my freshman year at a new school, starting all over again which i dont want to do... but heres the biggest reason. I've heard so many times "move on" and that im being stupid and need to forgot but i can't so dont be nasty, dont be hurtfull, and dont tell me im being stupid. Because i dont care if im 13 (fourteen tomorow.) and i am NOT "in love with the idea of being in love" beleive it or not, i am capable of loving, nomatter what my age.. anyone is. And ive been with maybe 5 or 6 people, never really feeling anything, but there was one guy.. ian... wen i moved here he was the only one to be nice and talk to me on my first day, and he walked me to my cles wen i got lost. over that year, over the summer, and 3 months into this year we became inseperable best friends.... then on october 18th, 2010, he asked me out... we spent all our time together, told eachother everything, i was slightly depressed from moving and he had been suicidal and depressed majorly since he was little... so we understood eachother, and we talked and helped eachother and since he was unstable, yes we would fight, we would have our bad days, but we helped eachother, we always loved eachother in the end. nomatter how big a fight, all we had to do to end it was take the other persons hand and squeeze it.. our sign for i love you. But once we had been together for about 5 months (yes, only 5 months, it doesnt stop the fact we loved eachother) things started to fall apart... he was getting more depressed, and so was i, but i had told the school about him, so he was getting help.. and i didnt know till after, everytime he went to therapy they tried to convince him to break up with me saying i was making him more depressed... and since he was getting more unstable he would snap at me more, causing me to get upset, depressed, and such... so i asked to take a break.. we'd still be together we would just act like only friends... we tried about 4 times, each only lasting until we saw eachother, we couldnt stay away, we were devastated that we were falling apart yet we had both been so hurt we couldnt stop it... and on March 5, 2011... he left me... walked out like every other person in my life ever has, and i thought.. i thought we could atleast be friends, could be civil.. or would realize we had made a mistake and taken eachother back right away, but none of that happened... he hated me, and the hate grew more and he loved me less everyday... he looked at me like he was disgusted, like he couldnt stand to look at me, and he walked past me in the hall like we had never met... not to mention the nasty texts i got in return wen saying something as simple as "hi how are you?" or telling him how sorry i was, that everything that happened with us was my fault entirely and not his, and even wen saying he was completly right i got nasty responses about how he hated me, and wished i had never been in his life, how the things he said about our future, the future we wanted, he never actually thought of, he never really wanted us to, or thought we would, last. But despite all the nasty things,like saying he didnt love me, i know deep down... he still cares. because he seems more depressed since he left. and wen he was little he was bullied so he likes to act tough, im not the only one he does it to.. but he's amazing... i dont know what to do about him... i love him

Knee Popping when Standing?

I recently starting working at a clothing store where I have to stand on my feet for about 6 hours a day. I noticed my right knee started hurting, and now it pops and hurts whenever I move it after standing on it for only about an hour or so. Because of my job, I am required to wear clothing from the store and tennis shoes are not allowed in my dress code so wearing shoes with better support isn't much of an option. About 8 years ago I injured this knee in a skiing accident but I never had any problems with it before so I don't know if this is related. Is there any way I can prevent my knee from popping or keep it from hurting so much? Do you think a knee brace would help? thanks!

Why does my friend guy like to hurt me?

I have been knowing this guy for years since we were kids. Alot of things happen where he was in jail before and he supposely got a girl pregnant. Even though it hurted me from all of the negative things he said and done to me. I forgave him and tried to be his friend since then. Why is my computer doing this!?

Every time I try to open something on my computer this box pops up asking me what do I want to open the program with. This has never happened until recently it started doing this. The only way I can get around it is if I right click on the program and select "run as administrator" and then it asks my permission. I have AVG security, but I know its not AVG that is causing this whole "what do you want to open the program with" thing. It's so annoying! It makes me browse for a program to open it with and most time it doesn't work, can't find a program to open it with, or it just don't know what to open it with. It's so stupid. Before I could just double click on it and it would open and now its doing this. Does anyone know why its doing this to me? Please no stupid answers. Thanks.

Ok so I have to admit, I don't always have the best behavior. But when I speak back to my mom, she usually just screams at me. The problem i'm having is with my dad, my mom always says to him how bad I behave and he gets this sudden rage and starts saying: "What you need to do is a get a belt and hit her hard" and he's said to me he will hit me with his fist, he has hit me alot with a belt and once with that metallic part and left a bruise, he screams at me alot for no reason, (literally, no reason). I say "dad could you take me to ulta?" and he starts screaming like crazy and threatens to hit me. He has pulled my hair, and pushed me to the floor many many many times. My friend and i are planning on moving to breckenridge in colorado to work as ski instructors at a huge local mountain. At the mountain first year workers earn about 13 dollers an hour plus tips, my friend and i have calculated that we will be earning $3,744 plus tip a month together. Why does my family not believe in me?

I really want to grow up and be involved with the performing arts. So, im a 13 year old boy. Just like everyone else, good sense of humor, smart. But there's one problem, i have acne. My life was awesome when i lived in Connecticut, i had tons of friends and I really liked this one girl...Emilie. But then, with no notice, I moved to North Carolina, leaving my friends and Emilie. But what these people dont understand is that I have tried everything to get a clean, respectable face. I've tried face wipes and proactive and creams, but nothing is working! Snowboarding is completely different than skating. Just as it's completely different than skiing. I prefer snowboarding over anything. It's hard to learn at first, but once you get down the basics you will really enjoy it. Don't be surprised if you have trouble standing up for the first few hours. The sport just takes a lot of determination. If you can get past the difficulties you'll really like it. I've tried skiing before...not a fan.

There is limited public skiing offered on the glacier, but you may be a bit disappointed. F-250 Gas or Diesel Truck?

I am looking into getting a Used F-250/F-350 lifted Truck. I am getting it more for want than need, I like these trucks alot and have always wanted a lifted jacked up truck. Broken ankle skiing please help?

i fell over on may 24th and fractured my ankle, there was also an old fracture. it was put into a boot thing which i can take off at night and for showers and on june 23rd i got back to the hospital for essment and they will hopefully take it off... my friend has asked me to go skiing with her at the end of july and i really really reaaaaaaally want to go and my mum said if the doctor says my ankle will be 100% ok to skii on by then i can go. do you think skiing on it is a VERY stupid idea?what do you think the doctor will say and is there anything i can do to make my ankle stronger/better to skii on by the time i go back to hospital?

It might sound arrogant, but when somebody tells me that their favourite artist is someone like Kanye West or Ozzy Osbourne, I think they must be shallow people. Boyfriend acting weird, I don't know ...?

Baby Ball Python NOT EATING?

ok first of all i have had a ball python for 3 years(it was an adult when i get her) but then i moved and left her with my dad. now that im all settled in i got a new one still a baby and lookes to be smaller than a 3 month old snake. shes longer than a a foot and is about as wide as a querter maybe a little less than that, so yea shes little. now i do know how to tell the and all that, i know this is a girl. i got her about 2 and a half weeks ago. when i got her she was in a tank with larger snakes(not ball pythons) and she was always in a ball when id come to the store so i bought her, for a couple days she was scared and was always in a ball, now she doesnt stop moving, she has a 30 gallon tank with a big waterdish 2 places for her two hide(althow she usually is not hiding so i must be doing something right if shes not afraid, shes got rocks and logs. shes got a nice place but i am going to be doing more to it. now the only bad thing is about a week after i had her i broke her heat lamp. but i dont think it matters i live in florida and her tank is really never cold you can always feel heat when putting your hand inside. the only time that it gets cold is at night, and shes alwayse in her warm hidding place then. when i got her i also bought a 10 galllon tank and 4 mice(1 male 3 females) for breeding well they still have not had any babies i think the guy at the store was stupid becuase i asked for adult mice and the ones i got where small. but there still going good so hopfully the male gets some **** done. so its been almost 3 weeks sence she has been fedNOTE** i do not know when she was fed last it could have been the morning i got her becuase the next day she ****. but right now i have her in her feeding tank with 1 baby mouse and 1 baby rat. just to see witch ones big enough becuase she doesnt want anything to do with my breeding mice. but shes not eating at all. is this normal? and what should i do with the baby rat and mouse if she doesnt eat them how can i keep them for another day maybe? tell me some things that could be why shes not eating

I have been friend with this girl for a few years. We used to hang out and made out sometimes, we ended up making out all the time. At first she was just a game or an adventure, nothing serious, she was beautiful but I always thought she was not the kind of girl I would be interested for something serious. After a while of getting to know her better and spending quality time with her I started to have feelings for her. She shared with me her dreams and ambitions in life, her desire to study and I always encouraged her to do so, I always tried to help her in everything, the reason why I decided I wouldnt be with her, was because she had a boyfriend who they used to break but they were back all the time, once when they were not together she said that was a permanent break up, so she said she wanted to move to another state so she could start studying and I offered to move with her and help her there, she was very excited and we even started to make plans for that new place, suddenly she started talking to an ex bf who lived in that place and she said she wanted to be with him, I didnt oppose and said ok whatever makes you happy, later she abandoned that idea and stayed here, by that time we continued dating and she asked me if I have feelings for her because she said that I was very supportive and I was always there when she needed something and treating her like a queen, but I knew she didnt have her ideas clear and told her that I care much about her but that I didnt have feelings towards her (I lied). Then we continued as friends and we decided to move in together to a new house, we had separate rooms but we spent time together a lot, she was back with her first boyfriend who she always break with, he always treated her like crap and never respected her in any way, he even ttried to kiil her once. Once I was very drunk and she approached to me in my room and started talking me very sweet and asked me If I had feelings for her. I was drunk and didnt lie, I said yes that I loved her. Days ped and no problems, then i remembered and told her that she shouldnt ask me that when i m drunk. Everything was apparently good, we continued having a great time, she broke with that guy again. One day we went to have fun and we both got drunk, she has an addiction to smoke weed, i dont smoke and always tried to keep her away from drugs including weed and cocaine she sometimes does. That day we got drunk, she got wasted and started yelling at people, I standed for her and apologized so she wont be in trouble, then we were leaving back home and she punched me several times, I didnt do anything, I just made sure she went home safe, she went to some of her friends who live nearby and I left so no more problems would happen, my face was very bad and my friends told me to call the cops I didnt cos didnt want to put ehr in trouble. After an hour i went back home and saw her walking in the street crying I pulled over and offered a ride, she apologized and we went home together, everything was fine and inside she started throwing things in her room and said she was going to hurt herself, I entered to avoid she hurts herelf, I had to use some force to hold her from her arms and shoulder until she calmed down, during that incident she felt cos was drunk and when helping her to stand up she hit her eye, after that she apologized to me and everything was fine, i said to her i wasnt mad. Next day she went to the doctor to see her eye, also she had a limp from skiing but doctor thought someone beated her up and they called the police, they arrested me thinking i hurted he, i never did, I always tretaed her like a queee, her friends and family hates me now. I spent few days in jail until I got charges dismissed, I didnt hate her at all, I tried to talk to her again, only worked throu emails, she later got a problem with the law for other thing, I offered my support and we started talking again. During this time after our incident, she went back with her ex boyfriend who attacked her and tried to beat her *** when she was living with me, I told her I will always care about her cos she is special for me, I still want to help her out of the drugs and encourage her to study, during this 2 months she lived w her psycho ex bf she got pregnant, when she told him he left her and got ballistic. We are seeing more often now and I still care about her, I dont wanna see her suffering, I m willing to offer her my support and ask her that I want to be with her and help her in everything she may need cos I lvoe her. We've known each other for a good 4 years, but this year we have been talking/ hanging out a lot more. He both have a joking matter so we'll both make fun of someone or people sometimes each other. What's This Yellow Stuff?!?

I've been noticing yellow stuff in my undies for the past 2 weeks, and I dont know what it is i mean i always change my undies literally everyday but whenever i check my undies even if thats after 10 minutes i put on new ones there will be the yellow stuff. This may sound stupid but i got really worried and smelt my undies when the yellowish stuff was there and it smelt like urine.
