Is Ozzy Osbourne really confused or is it just an act for comercials?

It's plain to see that ''Ozzy'' has problems. He always seems to be pretty much out of it. They used to have a reality show, and he was totally messed up always. He's said that he used to do a LOT of drugs, so I guess they did fry his brain. He is always like that, and no, I don't think it's an act.
