Why is my music hearable through my headphones so loudly?!?

i think you can lower the volume if you wana test go to itunes right click on a song go to get info go to the "option" tab and on the volume adjustment move it a little more back then sync your ipod go to the song and it should work also you can press ctrl+a to select all songs so you dont have to go 1 by1
