Is this abuse? (Parents hit me)?

Ok so I have to admit, I don't always have the best behavior. But when I speak back to my mom, she usually just screams at me. The problem i'm having is with my dad, my mom always says to him how bad I behave and he gets this sudden rage and starts saying: "What you need to do is a get a belt and hit her hard" and he's said to me he will hit me with his fist, he has hit me alot with a belt and once with that metallic part and left a bruise, he screams at me alot for no reason, (literally, no reason). I say "dad could you take me to ulta?" and he starts screaming like crazy and threatens to hit me. He has pulled my hair, and pushed me to the floor many many many times. My mom has said many horrible things to me like i'm a stupid child, and that she wish she never had me and much more, a.t.m i'm crying remembering all of the horrible things they've done. how do i cope?
