My mom is not letting me go to a concert?

My mom is not letting me go to this Motley Crue/Poison/ New York Dolls concert. And I love all those bands and them together in one tour is insane and I must go. My mom has not let me go before to a Ozzy Osbourne and KISS concert and I love those bands too. I am thirteen and am really mature and I am not asking to go by myself but with her so I don't see whats wrong. She said before that it is unsafe and everyone there is drunk and on drugs and using all this stupid made up stereotypes about rock bands and concerts. The others were bad to miss but I knew they would go back on tour but this tour is special and I know will not happen again with all those bands together and what should I do. So imagine your favorite thing and you get the chance to see it and you cannot go and has happened to you before, this is how I feel. My mom is protective and very hard headed and doesn't really ever feel that bad for you. So someone please help! Thanks
